- TeleManager On-Demand IVR Service™ Unique and patented ASP model IVR service is ideal for pharmacies that want all the benefits of IVR but do not want to make the investment in hardware or disrupt operations for installation of wiring or communications cabling. On-Demand IVR Service requires only a modest one-time installation charge and then the service is provided on a pay-per-use basis, meaning the pharmacy only pays for the IVR service when patients and prescribers choose to use it.
